It is 30 years ago that we opened Cal Ton during the Festa Major from Vilafranca in 1982. Since then we have never lost the ecouragement to do our work, a prevailing cuisine but rooted on our region and tradition.

During all this time we have never forgotten what our mothers, grandmothers, clients and friends teached us, who have made possible our existence.

Our environment is rich and diverse; vinyards, sea and mountain, wich provide us the best range of products to elaborate our cuisine served with the same illusion of the early times.
